Birthday and birthday and birthday

The Pommes chose Olive Garden to celebrate Norma's birthday (October 1) and Dorothy's birthday (September 9) and DJ's birthday (August 11). Two of the Pommes went to Chedder's first. *D is for Ditz*

The PP Girls ordered Italian Margaritas and raspberry ice tea for starters but delayed entree decisions to open presents. Dot and DJ surprised each other with Hallmark Christmas ornaments. Norma received a cute Santa and a fancy photo frame.

Chicken Alfredo was the flavor of the day with the Ditzies ordering Chicken Alfredo pizza and the Head Pomme choosing Chicken Alfredo pasta. Dot passed on dessert but had her spoon out for the first bite when Norma and DJ's chocolate mousse cheesecake *yum* arrived at the table.

Friday Gras

The Pomme Pomme Girls observed Friday Gras this year with chocolate cake and Christmas presents. Locating our senior Pomme took a while. After phone messages left on Big Sis's cell phone went unanswered for several days, the Ditzy Ds (Dot and DJ) finally thought to call where she lives now.
Although neither of the Ditzses had written down the address, the two of them managed to find the right house this time. They arrived a bit earlier than expected and before the senior Pomme had changed out of her pjs and into her uniform.
Note that Friday Gras falls on the twelfth day of .....February. No partridges or pear trees. Maybe some sparrows though.
